What is the time frame for producing a catalog? - The answer is based on the complexity of the catalog (color, B&W, amount of pages, etc.). We have photographed 100+ product images and produced 50+ page color catalogs in under 30 days. If your catalog has complex lists of part numbers, things could take a little longer. If your product part numbers and/or pricing is completed on a word document or spread sheet, we can save you time and money by converting that to our catalog graphics programs.

Are there other Gofast Group print advantages? - Absolutely yes! If we can save ourselves time, we're going to save you money. Many companies for whom we provide website and print work services enjoy the production savings we pass to the customer. If you have a prior catalog in electronic form or word documents with your product lines, we can save you money if that is key-typing work that saves us time! Many companies still charge a client for hours they saved through time-saving computer technology, GoFast Group is going to explore how our computers can work with yours and pass those time saving on to you!

Why would I use GoFast Group over a local printer? - GoFast group uses the services of five major wholesale printers. Some of the printers specialize in newsprint work while others produce great postcard, color or glossy paper printing. We are going to match the best printing talent to your project needs and get you competitive final pricing that can meet or beat your local print shop. The bottom line difference is our graphics and layout capabilities that will provide you an exceptional final product in terms of eye-catching looks and and visual quality.

How can I review projects in progress? - Traditional mail fax avenues are easily available. We can e-mail you pdfs to look at on your own computer. We can also establish a password protected web page specifically for clients to review advertising catalog and artwork proofs quickly and easily.

How many changes can I have done to my logo, stationery, brochure, website, slogan or other designs? - GoFast Group continues to work with all our clients closely until they are completely satisfied.

Will I speak to any designers or marketers before my project begins? - Absolutely, a designer or marketer, will always speak to you directly and always keep lines of communication open. Constant communication is essential to the process and to ensuring that you are completely satisfied. We appreciate all your comments for a successful project. More than likely, you will be telling us to shut-up with all of the suggestions and brainstorming to perfect a project!

What if I have photos or logos I want to use ? - Then you have just saved yourself some budget! We are happy to use existing art and photography for any project or extend existing art into a new look for your company that still maintains your past image. Any level from existing art to a fresh slate is available. The key that GoFast Group wants to express, is that we are not afraid to save you money by not overcharging you for work you have partially supplied!

Can I save money with combined print and web site work? - The answer is tied so tightly with the previous question. Let's say for example GoFast Group has created a catalog for your company. If a website is the next project in line, the work of creating photography, pricing, composition, etc. is completed and our time savings by not creating the same composition from "scratch" will be a big savings to you!

What kind of payment options are available? - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal along with checks and money orders are accepted. Depending on the project complexity, a signed work order is required to begin a project. A 50% deposit is required upon any art approval and remaining balance is C.O.D. upon delivery of project. Website construction requires a 50% deposit plus any domain registration, transfer or hosting fees. Remaining charge is required at the completion of the website work order project.

What about logo and slogan trademarks for Gofast Group creations for my company? - You own all rights. Gofast Group does not hold any rights to the designs we create on behalf of our clients. We can help you copyright or trademark your custom designs or slogans if you so wish, by supplying you with all the necessary information and contacts.

To protect my ideas, can GoFast Group sign a non-disclosure agreement? - GoFast Group is ready to sign any non-disclosure agreement. We respect your privacy and intellectual property. What we create is solely exclusive between GoFast Group and each client. We're in business for the long haul.

If GoFast Group performs a mailer service for my catalog or e-mail campaign, how is my list protected? - Tied closely to the above question, Gofast Group can sign any non-disclosure agreement to protect the use of your mailing lists. There is no magic guarantee to protect your mailing lists outside of your office. You simply need to trust the publisher/marketer you are working with.

Again, have been in business for 20 years and are in business for the long haul. Gofast Group's future wouldn't happen if we were to share exclusive mailing lists. We fully recommend the standard practice of inserting "seeds", or decoy names, as a standard practice to protect and monitor any fraudulent use of a mailing list.
